Hi. I have just joined Sparkpeople! I have worked hard this past year to lose 70 lbs. to reach my healthy goal weight. Along the way, I exercised, first with my Wii Fit Plus and balance board, then walking and bicycling, and now I am starting to work with a personal trainer, who gave me this website. Wish I had it last March, but I am glad to have it now as an extra resource. I look forward to seeing what else is on this site as I work to get into better shape!
