Hello everyone! I hope all is well where ever you are today. I am doing good and getting myself back on track in weight management. I have 3 children that are full of energy and I want to foster good healthy habits early. We do not watch much TV, in fact we do not have cable or the basic channels. We get veggie tales and movies from netflix or block buster as desired. Everyone likes to read especially my eldest son. He tends to stay to the books and forgets the outside world. I recently had a lipid panel done on all the children due to our nasty family heart attack rate and people going to young...He was the only one to have an elevated total cholesterol at 189 and ratio at 4.5. What can I do for him?
