I am 35 and have been 215 for almost 3 years now. I love Jazzercise, but was balking up on muscle which never seemed to end. I joined a fitness club at the end of July to try other cardio specific workout and regular child care. Since then my weight remains 215. I joined spark people as a recommendation by my physician.
