I know what you mean. You have a lot on you plate but you have at least made a choice to do something about it. I'm in a group called Done Being the Fat Girl. You can check it out from my page. It's good place to get encouraged and motivated.
You can do it. Don't give up and give yourself some time to make changes. I've been on SP for about 2 months and I've seen so many changes both physically and mentally.
I know it's hard because you have a hectic schedule, Three small children can keep you very busy. But they can also be your excuse to exercise...get them involved and have fun.
