hi im cindy, turning 26 this 13th im divorced and a mother of my 6 year old daughter. Im a holder of two degrees in college, the first one is bachelor of science in biology, the other one is bachelor of science in nursing... i have weight issues ever since i was a kid. I came from a family of obese people that's why I know i have the genes for being overweight. I have been in a yoyo diet and I only exercise when im in the mood for it. When I was in my home country, which is the Philippines, I exercised daily by walking at least 30 minutes a day. It helped me to control my weight. I have the tendency to eat a lot, depends on my mood. My problem areas are my hips and thighs. I hate seeing my dimpled butt on the mirror and having to buy bigger sized jeans for my thighs and hips to fit in. Before conception, I have little problem in losing weight but after i gave birth and after taking contraceptives my problem areas got worse. The divorce and going back to school took part in my yo=yo diet and exercise regimen. When I migrated here in Kuwait, my weight issues got worse. I was estranged from my family and my daughter, so being away from them made me depressed and made me divert my attention to food. i gained 5lbs on my first week and ballooned to 25 lbs to date. I lost weight in between but like before i gained it back and gained more. i work longer hours here so i have less time for myself. when i get home i have to do my chores so i end up even more tired. i haTE WAKING UP IN THE MORNING so i only have enough time to bathe and eat breakfast... i hope i could have a remarkable change to end my yo yo weight transition. I hope that you guys could help me by sharing your experiences in battling weight inconsistencies.... thank you and God bless! =)
