I am a Tina Marie also. I was laid off from my job in November and just denied a job I thought I had. I am in school as well and have gained 15 unwanted lbs. Eating too much is a bad habit. I don't know the right answer other than look back at what has worked for you before. A lady I know said she lost 125 lbs from walking 3 miles a day. I walked 3 yesterday and felt great. I am sick today and that discouraged me and all I want to do is eat. I live with my parents and my Mom buys bad foods (sweets, icream, white bread, whole milk) all the things I try not to eat. I was a chubby kid and I don't remember why I was that way. I played a lot outside, we didn't have computers and I hate normal like my brothers and sisters and I never ate sweets. I do remember loving to eat potatoes and home made pizza.Maybe that's the culprit. It really is about calories in, calories out. Walking is free and easy on your bones. I will be 44 on Sept 25th, so I need easy on the bones. Good luck. It will come to you when you really want it!
