Buck, I can say that if you watch SG-1 all the way to season 10 your going to get overlap into Atlantis. So the series in order is SG-1 Atlantis and if your interested Universe.

I have loved stargate and at first didn't miss an episode of SG-1 or Atlantis, but school kind of got in the way. I graduated in August, and so I decided a few days ago to start rewatching SG-1 and then Atlantis. (Hmm, are there any correlations between the shows that I should watch them at certain time (i.e. Angel & Buffy)?) I'm already half way done with season 1 of SG-1.

I saw a stargate team and was very excited. I have absolutely loved stargate! I have all the movies, the entire stargate sg-1 series, love atlantis, and love the new stargate universe! Glad to have found this team!

Ready-To-Win asked me what parter abs were, so I thought I'd explain them here. With partner abs, one person lays on their back while the other person stands at his/her head. The person on the floor reaches overhead and grasps the ankles of the person standing. The person on the floor, with their legs tightly together and extended straight, lifts them as one unit off the floor toward the ceiling. The person standing leans over and pushes the person's feet back toward the floor. The person on the floor, working against the resistance of the standing person, lowers his/her straight legs down, without letting them touch the floor, and then lifts them up again. You repeat the exercise for whatever reps are do-able, keeping in mind that you WILL feel them tomorrow. It's important to keep the abs pulled in toward the spine, and that the legs stay together (that works the inner thigh, and helps to keep the control, as to avoid injury), and that they are as straight as possible, to get the proper affect. For the sides of the abs (now these kill)-- from the same position, the person on the floor raises the legs up (again, straight legs pressed tightly together) and the standing person pushes them down at a 45 degree angle to the right (legs go up), then straight ahead (legs go up), then at a 45 degree angle to the left, then straight ahead, then to the right, etc. You have to make sure your torso stays on the floor and it's only the legs going side to side. Left, middle, right, straight equals one rep. I can't do as many of these as the straight partner abs. Crunches can be beneficial, but these partner abs work the entire abdominal muscle from top to bottom, and not just one portion of them like most ab exercises do. You just have to remember to keep your form correct so you don't hurt your back. Let me know if you end up trying them! I used to teach aerobics at my church, and nothing made the class groan more than those. They are an awesome exercise! Hugs, Beagant
