Hmm - my doctor mentioned this. He also urged me to reduce gluten to see if inflammation was affected. I haven't had much success with this, though. I am not working on staying moving (I am definitely worse if I OVER do it AND if I UNDER do it. For instance, if I sit at the computer for longer than 20 minutes, I have a hard time getting up.

Humm, you gave me "food for thought!" I was just thinking this week if there were certain foods that may cause my symptoms to become worse. I will watch my grains and see if there is a difference. Thanks for the input! I'm hoping your day is going super well. emoticon

On days that flare just do want I can and that may be just getting up and other days it I do what I can, I have found that grains made me more tired and hurting and have cut them out and only eat rice and oatmeal once in a while but as for wheat and other types of wheat products and corn I have to stay away from because they cause me more problems.

Hi fellow Lupus friends,
How do you handle fatigue? I have been over come, and I always said that Lupus didn't have me, but let's just say it had me in a pretty tight grip-I am usually really upbeat, but it's wearing me down. Today's a bit better emoticon so that really helps my mind set.
What do you do to handle your fatigue? How do you continue on your Spark way when you are in a Lupus flare?
Thanks-D
