Hmm - my doctor mentioned this. He also urged me to reduce gluten to see if inflammation was affected. I haven't had much success with this, though. I am not working on staying moving (I am definitely worse if I OVER do it AND if I UNDER do it. For instance, if I sit at the computer for longer than 20 minutes, I have a hard time getting up.
Humm, you gave me "food for thought!" I was just thinking this week if there were certain foods that may cause my symptoms to become worse. I will watch my grains and see if there is a difference. Thanks for the input! I'm hoping your day is going super well.
On days that flare just do want I can and that may be just getting up and other days it I do what I can, I have found that grains made me more tired and hurting and have cut them out and only eat rice and oatmeal once in a while but as for wheat and other types of wheat products and corn I have to stay away from because they cause me more problems.
If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit. Hi fellow Lupus friends, How do you handle fatigue? I have been over come, and I always said that Lupus didn't have me, but let's just say it had me in a pretty tight grip-I am usually really upbeat, but it's wearing me down. Today's a bit better so that really helps my mind set. What do you do to handle your fatigue? How do you continue on your Spark way when you are in a Lupus flare? Thanks-D
