I am finally getting around to introducing myself. I had to put my dog down last month which put me in a funk and has kept me from positive people and healthy things. Getting back on track now. I am done feeling sick all the time, being weak and tired. Ironically, I am the only one that can change that by stopping the sugar carb continuum. I am ready to make the change to a healthier lifestyle, for real - I hope. I've tried lots of things in the past as I'm sure many others have. But none have been as effective as the tried and true - drinking water, being conscious of my eating and exercising. I was really into exercising and fell out of it. I was happy, skinny and felt pretty. I need to get back to that feeling. I am on day 3 of quitting smoking and I have started tracking my food and drinking my water. Into battle I go.
