welcome back, sorry that you have had some bad years. I have a friend with Crohns and he has a hard time with eating a lot of the time. Like momma48 said keep positive and fir in walking into your day. Take it one day at a time.

Hi and I'm sorry to hear that you've had a few bad years. It's hard sometimes to find the right diet with Crohns -- as I have Lupus and there are certain foods and times that certain foods can set us off. But, keep thinking positive and try to get in a few walks in your day. Slow and steady can win the game, plus help with your medical condition. Keep your stress on low as much as possible and hope all the best for you.

After two pretty bad years and a twenty pound weight gain I am going to get serious again about losing my extra weight. I have about 70 pounds overall that I need to lose. Having Chrons sometimes makes eating healthy difficult. Things like green vegetables and fruit can make me feel sick. Hopefully I can get some advice and help on how to manage my weight, begin exercising and dealing with my illness at the same time.
