What keeps me focused is the nutrition tracker, I track my food everyday. I also track my exercise everyday on the fitness tracker. These are 2 valuable trackers here on Sparkpeople. When I first started here I used the Sparkpeople generated menus until I could figure it out on my own. It got me to eat everything that needed in the food groups daily. Sparkpeople now has coaching something that wasn't available when I started you can try it free for 14 days.
What keeps me motivated is my health, it has improved alot since I have joined Sparkpeople. My Spark friends also are a great!
