I thought I'd try this team out. It sounds interesting. I am starting to try mindfulness meditation. One of the things I like about it is the emphasis on being aware rather than unconsciously and automatically following habits. While of course I am trying to develop healthy habits, I don't want to miss out on life by continuing old mental habits or creating new ones. So here I am. Wishing everyone a great weekend!
