Hi I'm Sandra but everyone calls me San. I need to loose about 40 pounds, but I am so unmotivated. I have zero will power. I start something then after a couple of weeks I fall of the wagon. This is probalby the 3rd or 4th time I've been on Sparks to get started losing the weight. I finally decided it is a new year (2011) and I will be 50 on Jan 9 and if I don't do it now I never will. I am a very picky eater in that I don't like many vegatables. I love salads but need new ways to make them more enjoyable. I usually do romaine lettuce with baby spinach, cucumbers and red onions. I will then put either chicken or steak on them. I also love soups but have run out of ideas for healthy ones. I am hoping that by June I can say I have lost at least 20 pounds.
