Welcome to all. I have found that SP works for me because of the ease and flexibility of the site, the information it has to offer and because of the awesome support from people just like you.

You will achieve your goals as I know I will. We just have to work the program and give it (us) the time we need.

Hi. I'm new to the team, and have been a SP member for a month. I'm so impressed with SP and all it has to offer. It has really helped me stay on track. Weight loss has been slow, but heading in the right direction. More importantly, I'm exercising regularly, eating more healthy foods, and feeling the best I've felt in a long time.

yes, welcome, the board I like the best I found after the did some of the goals, fitness, and eating questionaires in phase 1. I found out I eat becasue I am bored so "Eating Because You are Bored" is my favorite, and the "
daily Checking In/challenge" I find that by keeping up with 1 or 2 message boards keeps my motivated. however, you are losing weight very well so what do I need to tell you??? Happy losing and keep on. I lose inches, not pounds, I cry, but inches are good too. work in progress!

I joined SP on 9/26/07, but am just getting around to joining this team. I would like to lose a total of 100 lbs in about a years time. I started on the 26th at 245 and am currently at 231.8 as of this morning. I'm hoping with the support from everyone I can stay focused and continue to lose weight and make healthy choices.
