Hi everyone! My name is Julie. I just turned 37 years old and weigh more than I ever thought I would weigh!! (I know same story different person, right??) Anyway, I am the mother of three teenaged daughters; one of whom just finished her first year in college.
I always thought I was fairly thin when my daughters were younger, but I think I just "poured" myself into the smallest possible size. Anyway, now I am weighing in at just under 200 pounds and fighting desperately to get back under control.
My husband and I have started walking for 30 minutes at 5:30 am before going to work. This evening I dusted off my Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred DVD again. I enjoy working out; but was just medically released again after several months of limited activity.
We have a 20 year reunion sometime this summer. I would love to have shed 20 pounds by the time this roles around. I know I can do it!!
