First of all, please don't be too hard on yourself for that behavior.
It's a mechanism that is used to cope with life and it can be turned around.
The first step of overcoming it is to admit it, so you are on your way.
I'm also on the "Living binge free" team, and it's pretty helpful.
I'm so glad I found this group. I overeat, late night snack and binge sometimes. I'm really ashamed at my lack of control. I hope to be able to deal with a lot of that here.
