Hi and welcome to the team emoticon

Smile .... it makes people wonder what you're up to ;-)

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

Keep trying - you CAN do it - believe in yourself!

Hi and welcome to the team! emoticon emoticon

There are not really bad snacks or having them at a bad time. If they are within your calorie range, anything is ok.

Hello everyone,

I'm not sure if I've already introduced myself but just in case... I signed up for SP last December and have not been as faithful as I wanted to be. As always, life sometimes becomes busier and more complicated than anticipated. Anyway, I just celebrated my 43rd birthday in April and once again realized that my weight loss goals have not yet been achieved. I've struggled with losing weight for several years and am finally tired of not being able to breathe and just feeling tired all the time. I have decided that I am finally ready to focus on seriously changing my eating habits and exercising on a regular basis in order to lose weight the right way. My biggest problem is that I am a snacker. Not just at night but throughout the day. I've made some better snack choices during the day, like fruit or yogurt, however I find that at around 9pm every night I get the munchies very badly. I have been eating a slice of cheese with 4 crackers. It doesn't sound like a bad snack, I think, but when you are eating it and then going straight to bed, I'm thinking that this is not a good way to end the day. My focus right now is going to be to use this forum and website to stay on top of my eating habits and hopefully writing down my thoughts and reading everyone's challenges and successes, will help keep me focused and disciplined. Thank you all in advance for your support. I hope that I can be mutually helpful to your goals. emoticon
