It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

Hello everyone! My name is Kelly. I have struggled with eating for most of my adult life. I was bulemic in high school and college. I currently am at my highest weight. I feel as though my poor eating habits have worsened over the past year. I feel as though I have lost control. I go and get a large amount of unhealthy food and then come home and enjoy it all by myself. I feel that consuming these large amounts of food provide me with some temporary happiness, only to be followed by an episode of disappointment in myself for once again failing. Today I went to try on clothes and was shocked at the fact that I no longer fit in the sizes I fit in several months ago. I am determined to put a stop to my poor habits and begin a journey to a healthy body weight.
