How do you sum up all you food issues in a tiny little box??
Im a food addict. I weigh all my meals to control portions. I do not eat flout/sugar, unless of course i am binging. I am a normalweight for the first time in my life, but it has only made my issues with food more obvious to me!
Basically im a mess and trying to figure it all out. Today im working on positivity and not obsessing about food!
