Writing about why you want to eat at the moment you want to eat might also help!
Getting on spark and reading articles and message boards and speaking to other members can also help when you feel like eating-especially at night.
I find that night time is a bad time because I got into the habit of eating junk in front of the TV.
Now if I really want to eat,I eat good foods- nicely cut up fruits,low-fat popcorn, ect.
