Hi and welcome to the team!
There are some great articles on how to stay on track and great motivational pages.
Just take it one day at a time and do your best.
Hi and welcome to the team - I'm 5 foot as well
Smile .... it makes people wonder what you're up to ;-)
The fourth glass of wine is always a good idea before you do it and a really bad idea afterward! ;-)
It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.
I would like to introduce myself. I'm a curvy chick who has hit rock bottom. My curves have turned into rolls and globs of fat. I've fallen off the wagon, rolled over and waiting for my ride back.
I'm the heaviest I've ever been. 5ft -190lbs. I can't believe how the weight has crept up on me. So I'm a mission to lose it and learn how to maintain it finally instead of going up and down. I'm currently in a steady routine to the gym three times a week for 40 minutes. The weather is getting nicer so I plan on walking more maybe after work or during my lunch hour. I feel great after my work outs.
I'm eating is out of control. I eat when I'm full. I purposely sabotage myself. I have no self control. I hate the way I look from the neck down. I do very well during the week but when the weekend gets here, my eating is out of control, especially at night. I wake up the next morning feeling bloated and hung-over from food.
Looking for motivation and support, along with meal ideas that are easy to cook and help me feel full. How do I stop binging? How do I stay on track? Help…
Eye of the Tiger!!
