We're such a nation of fast food!
But sometimes fast food can be done at home just as fast as waiting in the drive though and it can actually be healthy.
It doesnt need to be all fancy and hard to make.

I just want to thank everyone who replied to my message yesterday. I had an off day yesterday. I went to the gym, did 35 minutes of hard cardio, was happy I did it.... but I still pulled into the McD's drive thru on my way home!! So my diet was shot yesterday. However, I haven't quit and I'm back on the horse today. I appreciate getting the encouraging words from everyone. Thank you so, so much. I needed it!! Good luck all....

I'm sorry you're feeling down but don't give up.
If you feel better than and feel like your clothes fit better,it means something is happening and one day soon the scale will start to come down.
What is the alternative? If you stop, all your good work will go to waste.
Take a look at you calories. Even if you cut out the bad stuff, maybe you still have too much calories.

I am sending this out and I don't know where it will go.... All I know is I'm ready to quit!! I've been trying for the past 3 weeks to lose wieght, tracking my food and I'm on a 21 day streak for working out right now... But I haven't lost a single pound!! It's sooooo frustrating.... I do feel a little better, like I may be losing inches,... but I want to lose pounds!!!! I know lots of you out there I'm sure have felt this way and I just need something to tell me it's going to work this time. I'm reading the book, eating the minimum 5 fruits and vegetables a day, cut out fast food.... lots of good stuff, and no progress.... no pounds lost.
Anyhow, don't know if this will go anywhere but I I needed to let this out..... Good luck everyone.... I am heading off to the gym, I just don't know why the hell I bother!!!
