I know that feeling . When I eat alone I just can't stop sometimes. It's nice to know your not alone. Being an emotional eater stinks. I wish I was the opposite and when I was stressed I couldn't eat. Life would be easier. Welcome to the team.

I so need this group. My problem is mostly night time after everyone goes to bed. It's like if no one sees me it doesn't count. Hiding empty packages or food so no one will know and binding has to stop..... Thanks for your support.
