It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

I would like to join in with you on writing daily. I have found it definitely helps me avoid my urges to binge. I too am committed to healthier living and no longer uses food for emotional purposes. This is the start of my 3rd week on Spark so I am pretty early in my journey as well.

Let's do this!

Challenges are what makes life interesting, overcoming them is what makes it meaningful.

Hi,

I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I have come very far with the emotional part of what keeps me heavy and now its time I must release this weight from my body. I am seeking out people who are interested in being committed to speaking everyday if not almost everyday for support, guidance, accountablility and whatever else would benefit us.
