The fourth glass of wine is always a good idea before you do it and a really bad idea afterward! ;-)

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

I gave joined this site in order to help me fain the focus and confidence I need to shed the extra pounds I'm carrying. I have gradually over the past 10 years developed a habit of bingeing I suppose to fill an internal void. However, I'm glad to say I have ditched the self loathing behaviour just because I'm 3 stone heavier than I need to be and learnt that I'm still a lovely person inside. My weight , I can change and really want too. Also, I think that I can be an encouragement and support to other's, sharing this burden will hopefully make it lighter till it's disappeared altogether.
Other goals are an interest in achieving some personal challenges such as trail walks. The south coast path , coast to coast walk etc, climbing the big peaks. It would be great to share that. I'm a real nature lover, and to bring my dig Bailey would be the icing in the cake.
