Hello, this is my first online ANYTHING. But I wanted the support on my post injury journey. I look forward to learning and sharing, especially with this difficult subject.before my injury I would not eat much all day (still the same) and then binge at night on dry cereal, candy, crackers with no weight gain. Then upon being stagnant for a year, then with a new diagnosis of severe bilateral hip arthritis which has taken away my ability to do Zumba i have packed on the pounds...I am soo looking forward to the brilliant suggestions from others.....light to all, Mae
