First let me congratulate you on your loss of 43# You will definitely find lots of support on this site. I joined in late August, and with a lot of self-sabotage have managed to lose about 8 pounds. The thing is, even if I stray off line, I come back to this and know that I will make it with the help and tools that I have found here. In the past I have managed to stay on track for about a week, tops.
I have been dieting and exercising since April 1, 2011. I have lost 43 pounds. However, I am still 20-30 pounds from my goal. I am having a very difficult time. I am so tired of dieting but need to stay on track. I look and feel so much better, but I am a master as self-sabatoge. I'm hoping to meet some new friends that will help me stay on track
