HI and welcome. I, too have had a hard time writing everything down and keeping track of everything. It can be overwhelming. I found a solution that works for me. I keep a dry erase board on my fridge and as I do something (eat or exercise) I jot it down quickly. Later in the day when I have a little more time I record it all in my laptop on my Trackers page. It is fun seeing the points add up and getting little rewards for work well done. I think you will enjoy the support and warmth you get from this site.

I've been looking around this site for a couple of days now and I'm starting to get excited! As someone who's been interested in holistic health for years, the thought of dieting and calorie counting has been a major turn off, but after being overweight my whole adult life, I'm ready to try!
