You probably need a snack in the afternoon.
Try having a fruit and some crackers,yogurt and fruit,crackers and peanut butter,some almonds.(not all together emoticon )
Or make some whole grain muffins at the week-end ,wrap them up individually,freeze them,and grab one in the morning for your snack. If you don't bake,buy some,and do the same.
If you can't eat at work, prepare the snacks for home, and when you get home, sit down at the table with your snack and a tall glass of water or milk and take time to relax when you eat. Take at least 10 minutes to eat so you have time to unwind.

Hi Everyone, my name is Gina, and I stuff my face as soon as I walk in the door from work. I can eat really great all day long (breakfast, snacks, lean cuisine for lunch...) and then I get home from work and I can't stop putting food in my mouth. I know its the lean cuisine for lunch that leaves me absolutely ravenous but I don't know what else to eat thats easy, and packable and delicious. Yesterday I had... crackers and cheese dip, pizza, two spoonfuls of frosting, two spoonfuls of ice cream, and fish sticks for dinner. I'm pretty sure I had something else but I can't remember. I felt awful. But I was just so hungry. I know I need to get a hold of myself. The bingeing after work is whats killing me!
