Hi everyone, I am joining today because after losing 43lbs on a quick weight loss diet, I have now gained back 20 (+). I am sooo unhappy with the weight gain and I know I could lose it again with eating only quick loss food and no exercise, but now I WANT TO LOSE IT THE RIGHT WAY.. I want to exercise and eat right so I can carry it with me forever.. Bars and Shakes are not lifelong meals:( I also work the overnight shift and find it really hard to get through a 12hr shift without munching all night.....
