emoticon We are all here for the same reason, a lot of ups some downs but we are learning about ourselves and if we stick to the basics we will get there..Good Luck and one of the best things I did was to keep a diary not only on SP but a diary I have beside me every day to calculate my daily calories and record them...Patricia emoticon

Welcome to the team!
That up and down does happen a lot. I am having trouble with the going down starting right now but I also haven't been diligent either.
I am just taking it day by day and doing the best I can each day.

If you think you can, or if you think you can't, either way you are right!

Hi and welcome to the team emoticon

Smile .... it makes people wonder what you're up to ;-)

The fourth glass of wine is always a good idea before you do it and a really bad idea afterward! ;-)

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

Take a deep breath and relax. I am in the same place. I joined on 8/23, and lost right away, then I gained then I am happy to say that today I am maintaining my loss of last week. We need to recognize that this isn't a diet that we are going "off" at the end of a certain time. This is a lifestyle and we are working at making life long changes, it may not come off fast, and we may have little glitches here and there, BUT it WILL come off if we just keep tracking our nutrition and fitness and drinking our water. IT takes a long time to change habits that took a long time to form.
Just keep on keepin on and you will get there. emoticon
