Welcome to the team! That up and down does happen a lot. I am having trouble with the going down starting right now but I also haven't been diligent either. I am just taking it day by day and doing the best I can each day.

Take a deep breath and relax. I am in the same place. I joined on 8/23, and lost right away, then I gained then I am happy to say that today I am maintaining my loss of last week. We need to recognize that this isn't a diet that we are going "off" at the end of a certain time. This is a lifestyle and we are working at making life long changes, it may not come off fast, and we may have little glitches here and there, BUT it WILL come off if we just keep tracking our nutrition and fitness and drinking our water. IT takes a long time to change habits that took a long time to form. Just keep on keepin on and you will get there.
