Thank you so much for having this team page. This is probably the biggest problem I have had for most of my life. Even when I was a little kid, I would wait til my mom was away and eat what ever I wanted. Then as an adult, it continued. I would eat all healthy like during the day, then at night, BAM!!! I would eat and eat. I was the best at hiding my evidence, too! One of my main goals with my lifestyle changes is not getting up in the middle of the night to eat. It is difficult, but I am seeing results and best of all, I feel proud of myself in the morning when I haven't eaten during the night.
For today, no more night snacking/or binging. One day at a time.
