Hi and Welcome to the Team! It sounds like many of us do great during the day, but between dinner and bedtime is our downfall! I am trying something that THE SPARK gave me an inspiration to do; I made a "Don't snack mindlessly in the evening" goal into a Streak that shows up flashing on my SparkPage (with Awards) for ALL the world to see...I went 5 nites without a binge, then messed up, so I decided to post this streak to motivate myself into making this a lifestyle change for ME! I think I am mistaking "needing to go to sleep" for "needing food", and using food is like a sleeping pill! I have been saving some last calories of the day and eating an "icecream-like" healthy treat the last few nites near bedtime, and at least after I have my TRACKED, LEGAL bed time treat, I have not binged (3 nites so far!) I take a Jello chocolate sugar free 60 calorie pudding and FREEZE it until it is consistency of icecream--can close my eyes and believe I'm having chocolate ice cream! Hey--sounds goofy but I only have to "fool" one person--myself!!!! LOL!
