How about when you are fixing them something, you also fix something healthy for yourself and set it aside. Then when they are in bed, you have something special and healthy for yourself. Try putting it on a pretty plate, treat yourself like company. It won't take that much longer and you deserve to be good to you.

Hi, I am a single mother of two young children that keep me very busy. I work 40+ hours a week and never seem to have enough time. I find myself busy feeding my kids then cleaning up and just picking at what I fixed. Then once baths and laundry and bedtime stories are done and I'm ready to relax I get hungry and grab whatever is handy. Help!!
