Hello and welcome! I agree - SparkPeople is fantastic :) Just logging my food the first time was a huge eye-opener for me. The other great feature is Spark Recipes, it's another website that allows you to enter a recipe and it will calculate the nutrition information for you. Very useful - I had no idea my tea biscuits were so unhealthy LOL Good luck to you!

So far this site is great! I've been able to track the foods I eat and they do all the number crunching for me :) ! I've maped an area in my town to walk everyday and now I get to visit with people who have the same interests I have! I'm still discovering things on here, I wish I had known about this site years ago!
