Welcome to the team. I think of every day as "starting over". I am 62 and have been struggling with weight issues since I was 10. I have 22 pounds till my next goal; and I am thinking now that I might set a second goal when I get there, for another 5. TIme will tell. And that is what this is all about: TIME. We want to get rid of ( not lose ) those extra pounds. I always think if I JUST lose them, I will probably find them again, and I HAVE!! Many times. But this time we want to get rid of them for good and maintain a healthy lifestyle for the rest of our lives. It won't be easy, but this is the EASIEST health plan I have ever seen. The support makes all the difference in the world. So take a deep breath and let's go.

Hello. I am AD, and I've just turned 50. I've lost weight and gotten fit several times before, but I am back at my top weight again. This time, I want to lose these 10 pounds for good! To start, I've been walking 15-20 minutes 4 days of the last week. Gotta start somewhere! I have some fears of failure, so I hope joining a community will help. thanks, all.
