Hi My name is Erin and I just discovered spark people. I have been trying to lose weight on my own for 6 weeks..... So far down 3 lbs and 4 inches....With numbers like those I knew I was doing something terribly wrong. Just when I was about to give up I found this site.... Turns out I was not eating enough calories a day. Hopefully now with guidance I will have a reason to smile and can reach my goals. :)
