Hi! I'm Sharon, a closet kitchen raider at heart. Funny thing: since joining SP last week and admitting to this flaw, I haven't done it once! Of course, it has only been a week. But I've also discovered what seems to be a competitive nature, if only with myself.
Anyway, it's nice to be here. I committed to 15 minutes of walking/day for this team. Hopefully I'll make y'all proud. emoticon

Hi Everyone! ... My name is Kim. Been here before - needed a new start. I am hoping this time will be the time that my spark is re-lighted. :) I live in Toronto Canada with my husband. Don't have any kids but lots of stuffed animals. :) I am addicted to horror movies, facebook, hello kitty, black&white photography, reading, listening to music (all kinds), and apparently collecting stuffed animals. :)

I am a binge-eater, late night snacker, emotional eater, addicted to food (mostly sweets & high calorie stuff). :( The worse time for me really in the day/night is around 11pm. I guess I should really make sure to be in bed by then. (haha) I really need a lot of help to control my binge-eating and emotional eating. There are times that I just want to eat everything in sight.. and, sometimes I *do*.. & then totally regret it about 5 minutes later. :( I feel like I don't get very much support from home so that is why I am here. For support. I know that SP has a *great* support system .. because I was here for 10 straight months before. And, had a lot of great friends who stood beside me through the bad times AND the good times. :) SO.. I guess I'm just looking for that same kind of support now.. while I try to get back on track.

By re-joining SP - I am hoping to re-find my spark and make new (as well as get back my old) friends! Also.. I am hoping to get back on track. I've been off track too long and I am totally unhappy with myself. So - I am hoping to change all that. :)

Good luck with all of your goals... we can DO THIS. :)

PS: Also this being September 11th.. I would like to say that I am thinking (and praying) for all those who lost family and friends during the terriorist attacks on September 11th, 2001. :(
