Hi! I'm Noi and I am on a quest for a healthier lifestyle and a more beautiful body :) I find one of my biggest challenges is moderating my food intake when I'm not at work. I don't go to work until 5PM today and I have eaten a ridiculous amount of calories because I've had nothing better to do than eat and surf the internet. Many times I will just eat mindlessly until I feel bloated. And I religiously count calories, this is nothing new to me. So all day I'm constantly reminded of how bad I've been! I will work out later and that helps, but exercise can only make up for so much. I need help reigning in my insatiable sweet tooth!!!!! Help! What are your best advice/ideas on avoiding this destructive pattern of behavior?
