The fourth glass of wine is always a good idea before you do it and a really bad idea afterward! ;-)
It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.
Well this group fits me also. I work full time, commute 30 miles. I eat in my car both ways. Mornings not so bad, reasonable breakfast. But evening is a problem and a long standing habit. I find myself driving to the store after work telling myself not to all the way.
I rotate where I stop each night to buy junk food so the clerks won't know. I eat for 30 minutes non stop. Whole boxes of food. It seems to be an addiction. I then cook/eat supper with my family. Sometimes I am sick from being so full, sometimes not.
I hope I can break this awful cycle. Its like a switch in my mind, because I have lost weight before and did not do this and always chose good foods. But now I can't seem to stop.
