Hi everyone! I think a lot of people here are dealing with similar emotions that I deal with. I definitely binge once in a while. I used to be a late snacker as well, but I haven't done that in quite awhile. My main problem is overeating. It seems like lately, all I want to do is eat. I'll finish one meal and start thinking about the next one almost immediately. Also, I have some portion problems. For example, I don't just want a cookie, or 2 or 3, somewhere between 7-10 cookies sounds good to me. Now, I don't think I've actually eaten that much in one sitting, but I sure want to. And, sometimes I do have a few more than what I probably should.

So yeah, those are some of the issues I deal with. I think my ravenous appetite is most likely due to the fact that I'm between jobs right now and I've been stressing out over finding work. Hopefully something will come through soon, but I'm trying to use this time to get my lifestyle in a better place.
