Hello my name is Lisa and I am very new to all of this. I ordered the spark book, and was sooo motivated by it that I had to take a look on line, and I am glad I did.

I am 42, married, and I own my own business catering to the public. I love what I do, but somewhere along the line, I seemed to have forgotten about me. I have a history of eating healthy for days, and then for some reason or another, I snap and go on crazy binges. I don't know what causes them and I am hoping by becoming a spark member I can learn to finally put these binges to rest once and for all.

I look forward to becoming a success story!!!
