Hi I'm not new to spark and was on leave from spark for a few months..trying to figure out an easier way..but there is no easier way..tracking food and exercise and finding a way to deal with emotional eating is a key to success.
I read "Am I Hungry" and know that and knew that I was always stuffing all kinds of emotions down..they say find something you love to do or something you can do to nuture yourself during the times you want to eat when not hungry...
Okay, so I know all of this..what is weird is I woke up thinking I love the feeling of being protected under the fat even if uncomfortable, I don't really like the feeling of being thin...strange I know, but when I was younger I had a flash back of being thin and hungry..it was not a good feeling as I was not being taken care of...and so there it starts perhaps when I was 10/11...now I have to figure out how to enjoy the feeling of waking up lighter..yik..
As for what will I do for myself..I think I will buy some a keyboard and learn how to play music...something I have been desiring to do...
With that said, is there anyone else out there that stuffs all emotions good and bad, as well as feel safe behind the fat?
