Hi and welcome to the team emoticon

Smile .... it makes people wonder what you're up to ;-)

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

Keep trying - you CAN do it - believe in yourself!

Hello everyone. I have realized recently that I am a binge eater. It took some soul searching to realize WHY I do this. This is where my biggest problem is. While I was growing up I was always skinny. I never learned how to eat right. At my lowest weight I was about 5'7 and 115 pounds. This was not by choice. My family was poor and we had no food. Once my mom got a new job I started binge eating. Every time we went grocery shopping I would go on a bingeing diet for days. I feared not having food again and wanted to eat while I could.

12 years later I am now at my heaviest of 220 pounds and not sure how to stop bingeing and start eating healthy and working out.

I am here for support and advice on how to defeat the bingeing diet.

In the end-it is what you think of yourself that matters...

I can reach my goals!
