Hi and welcome to the team. Would your man go for walks/do some exercise with you? That way you can both motivate each other. Perhaps check out some of the recipes to see if there are healthier ways to cook too?

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.
Iam 62 and in 2008 I lost 55 lbs but still had 30 to go, Then I met my "man" after being single for 16yrs. He cooks and he cooks great and I have gained back 30lbs. Iam an emotional eater like all of you. Nite time is my problem after work. I do great all day now that Iam content I find myself eating and not exercizing like I used too. I know I can do this and I need to be healthy, so I can enjoy my life. I need encouragement thanks for reading this
