My name is Mary. I am a 20 year old college student and I have lost 15 pounds with sparkpeople so far. I have been had a rough day and I was stressing at some point today and just walked into the kitchen and started looking for a snack. I was not hungry, I had no desire to eat anything but because I was upset I was going to eat. I stopped myself and decided to find a group on sparkpeople to help me in the future. I look forward to getting to know some of you guys!
