I'm a binger, snacker and closet-eater. Sometimes I hide in the bathroom or my car to eat. Or if someone comes into the room, I'll hide what I was eating because I'm embarassed even for my husband to see how much I eat. I hate to eat at parties, because I can never pass up the cake/whatever but I want to hide to eat it because I know everyone is looking at my plate and smirking about the fat person eating junk food. If I am good and don't eat the cake, then I'll treat myself to the drive-thru on the way home instead. I am thinking of trying Fullbar or Special K bars to make me feel full so I hopefully won't eat so much junk. Has anyone tried these?
