I'm new to Spark and have lost and gain many many pounds. I do fine in the day, but struggle a lot at night to eat healthy and not to overeat. I tend to eat a lot of sugar at night. I joined Spark because I'd lost 55 lbs (not all the weight I have to lose) and have gained back 20 and want to stem the tide and start losing again. I'm reading the Spark as well. I've been tracking my food for a week now and do feel a little more hopeful now :)
