Hi all! A few people suggested that I join a team and this seems like a good fit. I don't eat a lot during the morning/day but I sure do in the evening and late night. I typically stay up all night and have a meal sized "snack" at 2 am or later. I'm trying to curb this behavior and em looking for all the encouragement I can get, as well as finding other people to share this journey with. Here's to a healthier tomorrow!
