Hi everyone I just took a spark diet quiz and found out I'm an emotional eater (which I knew) but never thought to look for a team. I'm hoping this will help me on my quest to lose weight. I am 31 married for 9 yrs and have a 5yr old daughter. When I diet I usually do an all or nothing approach such as Atkins which worked for me in the past, for some reason now I just cant go past two weeks of depriving myself. I know crazy me lol Yes I have been trying to lose the "baby" weight for 5 yrs lol any suggestions or advice anyone has feel free to give me I am totally open.
